For breakfast I usually eat a sandwich with ham and cheese or a yoghurt. I also drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.
At school I usually have a snack which is either a fruit ( an apple, a pear or a banana). Sometimes I eat something sweet, for example some biscuits or a small chocolate.
After school, at home, I eat lunch. Usually my mother cooks soup or a dish with meat or vegetables.
For dinner I always eat something light, a fresh salad or some pasta. Sometimes my parents order food at home and we either eat a pizza, chinese food or burgers.
