150 g flour;
a pinch of salt;
10 g fresh yeast;
100 ml warm milk.
Cooking Steps:
We heat the milk a little. Dissolve the yeast in 2 tablespoons of milk. We sift the flour in a bowl and mix it with salt. We make a pit in the middle of the flour and put the yeast dissolved in milk. We make a "porridge" over which we sprinkle a dust of flour. Let it rest for 20 minutes and then slowly add the rest of the flour and milk.
Mix until the dough forms and knead until air bubbles form and become elastic. Sprinkle with a little flour and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. During this time, the dough should double its volume.
