Public transport is a crucial element of every city, thus, improving it in every way possible should be a top priority for any officials. It can not only reduce the number of people who drive their own cars (which contributes to massive air pollution in highly populated urban areas) but also eases the traffic jams, which would eventually allow everyone to get faster to their destination.
Nevertheless, public transport in my city has a lot of problems to figure out. First of all, the city has only a small number of trolleys and buses which are almost always jam-packed and traveling from one place to another may not be the best experience. More than that, there are a lot of thieves who may steal your goods when you are not paying enough attention. Overall, public transport makes me genuinely depressed: people are grumpy and impolite all the time, and their faces express the whole spectrum of negative emotions.
