There are many recipes in our tea house. We use only fresh mint and lemons. We usually pour water and then lemon herbs and teabags. Sometimes we put honey or milk in our tea. Some people want fruit tea. For them we slice apples, oranges or cherries and add this in the hot or cold water.
My father usually cooks salads in our house. He washes the green salad and chops it in small pieces. Then he cuts tomatoes or carrots or fish. He adds salt, oil and lemon juice. He mixes everything in a big bowl. In the end, he puts salad or our plates and smiles happily.
