The architect wasn't really poor, he just bought stale bread to erase the pencil lines, not because he didn't have money to buy fresh one.

3)James was a man who smoked a lot. He smoked since he was a teenager. Despite all of his family's and friend's advice to give up, and his doctor's warnings that he would get very sick, he didn't care and continued to smoke a lot of cigarettes every day. One day, he fell out of breath and fell on the floor. An ambulance came and took him to the hospital. There, the doctors discovered that he was very sick, as his heart and lungs were very ill. Then, he was sorry for not listening to all the advice but it was too late, as he would not live very longer. Only if he listened to his friends and family to value his health more, James would've probably been much healthier.
