Even though I think a vacation is much more expensive than a camera, I think you should go on that vacation. You can relax with your friends and make new memories. You can buy a camera everyday because they are always for sale in shops, but vacations are not things that you can buy.
I also think it is better for you to go on a vacation because you had some rough days lately and you really need some rest and some relaxation. Your friends will make you happy and you will forget anything bad that happened to you.
With a camera, you won't feel happy. You will only be able to make photos or videos, that won't effect you positively, but will negatively affect you. And also, a camera that is good is usefuluseful, but not as much as having your friends around and having fun.
It is very important to stay with people that you love, and it is relaxing to go on a vacation where you maybe will have some good time.
