- Yes, I like shopping because it's fun. I get to look at different things and buy stuff I like.

2. What things do people not like about shops and restaurants?
- People don't like it when the service is bad, when they have to wait a long time, when they get the wrong order, when things are too expensive, or when the food isn't good.

3. Have you ever told someone in a shop or restaurant that you didn't like something, or have you seen someone else do that? What was the problem?
- Yes, once my food was cold at a restaurant, so I asked them to heat it up. I've also seen others complain about getting the wrong food or having to wait too long for their order.
